RV Sites
Approximately 500 planned RV sites, deliberately widened — trading some density for spacing and room to live outdoors beside the rig.
01 A new destination is taking shape in Middle Tennessee
A planned destination of approximately 49.5 acres, being built from the ground up in Goodlettsville, Tennessee — a premium, welcoming basecamp for RV sites, cabins, and coach houses, just north of Nashville.

Three ways to make the resort your basecamp — each planned with room, privacy, and the outdoors in mind.
Room to settle in.
Approximately 500 planned RV sites, deliberately widened — trading some density for spacing and room to live outdoors beside the rig.
An easy, elevated basecamp.
Approximately 60 planned cabins, envisioned as high-end two-story homes with room to sleep up to eight.
A signature way to stay.
A private home planned alongside a premium RV site — offered only with a qualifying site, never on its own.
Six Springs takes its name from the water that runs through the property. What began as a 29-acre concept is now a planned destination of approximately 49.5 acres — shaped around its terrain, bluffs, springs, and a natural lagoon uncovered during excavation, rather than paved flat for density.
Everything above is planned. Counts and layouts are approximate and still being refined.
“Down-home Tennessee hospitality, composed with a premium hand.”
An envisioned program, grouped by the kind of day it makes possible. Details are confirmed as the resort is built.
A planned three-level grand lodge — entertainment below, dining and provisions on the main level, suites above — and an amphitheater planned to double as a wedding venue.
A natural lagoon uncovered during excavation, planned as a swimming and recreation setting, plus two planned clear-view ponds and the spring-fed landscape the resort is named for.
Pickleball, a half basketball court, sand and water volleyball, rock climbing, and a zip-line experience — with trails threading it all together.
Planned amenities include
05 The coach-house difference
A coach house is our signature way to stay: a private, permanent home planned alongside a premium RV site. Bring the rig and still have a full kitchen, a real bath, and space to gather — the best of both.
They remain part of the plan for many premium sites, with concepts that may include a golf-cart garage and other luxury-site support. Coach houses are offered only paired with a qualifying RV site — never as a standalone rental.

Property planning remains in development. Locations, counts, and layouts shown in conceptual materials are illustrative and subject to refinement.
Set in Goodlettsville, just north of Nashville, the resort sits within easy reach of Music City and the wider region — with rolling countryside, lakes, and small-town charm right at the doorstep.

Early earthwork has begun as the land is shaped for the resort's districts.
A natural lagoon area was uncovered during excavation on the northern part of the property. The excavation and the water area physically exist today, but the finished swimming lagoon — the beach, the recreation features, the lifeguard operation — is planned and not yet built, so it is not somewhere you can swim.
No — they are separate features. The swimming lagoon is one planned amenity; two clear-view, aquarium-style ponds are planned separately, each roughly 100 by 150 feet and about half an acre.
The planned program includes the lagoon and water recreation, a three-level grand lodge, sports and outdoor adventure including a zip-line experience, dining and provisions, and an amphitheater designed to double as a wedding venue. See the amenities page for the full planned program by category — all of it is planned, and none of it is open.
The currently owned property is approximately 49.5 acres, with roughly 41.5 acres planned for the resort itself. Everything on this site describes a resort still being built.
