FAQs

Answers to common questions, published and refined as details are confirmed during construction.

Amenities

Is there really a lagoon?
A natural lagoon area was uncovered during excavation on the northern part of the property. The excavation and the water area physically exist today, but the finished swimming lagoon — the beach, the recreation features, the lifeguard operation — is planned and not yet built, so it is not somewhere you can swim.
Are the lagoon and the ponds the same thing?
No — they are separate features. The swimming lagoon is one planned amenity; two clear-view, aquarium-style ponds are planned separately, each roughly 100 by 150 feet and about half an acre.
What amenities are planned?
The planned program includes the lagoon and water recreation, a three-level grand lodge, sports and outdoor adventure including a zip-line experience, dining and provisions, and an amphitheater designed to double as a wedding venue. See the amenities page for the full planned program by category — all of it is planned, and none of it is open.

Development

How big will the resort be?
The currently owned property is approximately 49.5 acres, with roughly 41.5 acres planned for the resort itself. Everything on this site describes a resort still being built.
Do the buildings and amenities shown in images exist today?
No. The images on this site are conceptual renderings and illustrative concepts of a resort still being built — each carries a caption saying so. They are not photographs of completed facilities.
Is there a resort map I can look at?
The master plan for the property is still evolving, so we have not published a final site plan. What is shown is illustrative — locations, counts, and layouts are subject to refinement. A current plan will be published when one is available.

A pet-friendly experience is part of the vision. Specific pet policies will be published once finalized.

Stays

How many RV sites are planned?
The current working vision is approximately 500 RV sites at full buildout. That is a planning figure, not a final inventory — the mix and distribution of site types are still being developed.
How many cabins are planned?
Approximately 60 cabins are currently planned. It is a flexible estimate that could still move by roughly fifteen either way as the design is settled.
What will the RV sites be like?
Sites have been deliberately widened, trading some density for spacing. A typical luxury pad is planned at roughly 30 by 65 feet, with bluff, rim, and water-feature sites planned wider at about 40 by 65 feet. Buddy sites are planned so two rigs share a double pad with their awnings facing one another, and approximately 15 oversized sites of about 100 by 40 feet are envisioned for large motorcoaches and buses.
What types of stays are planned?
RV sites, cabins, and coach houses paired with select RV sites. Suites within the planned grand lodge are also part of the vision.
What is a coach house?
A coach house is a private, built companion to select RV sites — extra indoor room beside your rig. Coach houses remain part of the plan for many premium sites and may include features such as a golf-cart garage. A coach house is part of the site, never a separate rental.
Will there be full hookups?
Full hookups are part of the plan. Exact site specifications will be published as they are confirmed.
