Our vision
About
A premium outdoor-hospitality destination, being built from the ground up near Nashville — designed to work with its land, not pave over it.
What began as a 29-acre concept is now a planned destination of approximately 49.5 acres, shaped around its terrain, bluffs, springs, and water.
Built around six springs
6 Springs RV Resort is being developed on a piece of Goodlettsville, Tennessee shaped by water and woodland — just north of Nashville, and a world away from it. It is being built for travelers who want somewhere that feels designed, calm, and genuinely welcoming.
From 29 acres to a larger vision
The project began as a 29-acre concept. As the land came together it grew into a planned destination of approximately 49.5 acres, with roughly 41.5 acres given to the resort itself. That growth changed the plan rather than simply enlarging it — there was suddenly room to design around the terrain instead of against it.
Shaped by terrain, bluffs, and water
The property has real relief: bluffs, a ravine, and — uncovered during excavation on the northern acreage — a natural lagoon area that has since become the centre of the planned water and recreation program. Two clear-view ponds are planned separately. The layout follows what the land already does.
Space over density
Sites have been deliberately widened. That decision costs density, and it was made on purpose: spacing, privacy, and room to live outdoors beside the rig matter more to the kind of stay we want to offer than fitting in more pads.
A considered kind of outdoors
The plan brings RV travel, cabin and lodge lodging, water recreation, entertainment, dining, and events together on one property — quality over noise, and a strong sense of place. Everything described here is planned and still being refined; counts and layouts will change as the design settles.
Near Nashville, north of the noise
The resort sits at 7216 Bethel Road, Goodlettsville — in the Nashville metro area, with the city's music and food a short drive away and the Tennessee countryside right at the doorstep.
Built around its water
During excavation, the land offered up something unplanned: a natural lagoon area on the northern acreage, now at the heart of the planned water and recreation program.
The rest follows the same instinct. Sites have been deliberately widened, giving up some density in exchange for spacing and comfort. The plan brings RV travel, cabin and lodge lodging, water recreation, entertainment, dining, and events together on one property — held to a premium standard, and still being refined as the resort takes shape.
