RV Sites

Approximately 500 planned RV sites just north of Nashville — deliberately widened, trading some density for spacing, privacy, and room to live outdoors beside the rig.

The site mix and its final distribution are still being developed. Individual sites publish here as they are finalized.

The planned site program

Luxury pads: approximately 30 ft × 65 ft; Sites have been deliberately widened — trading some density for spacing, privacy, and room to live outdoors beside the rig.
Bluff & rim sites: approximately 40 ft × 65 ft; Wider still, planned along the elevated edges of the property to make the most of the outlook.
Water-feature sites: approximately 40 ft × 65 ft; The same generous width, planned around the resort's planned lagoon and ponds.
Buddy sites: a shared double pad; Planned so one RV backs in and the other pulls in alongside, with both awnings facing a shared gathering space.
Oversized motorcoach sites: approximately 15 sites at roughly 100 ft × 40 ft; Envisioned for large motorcoaches and buses towing substantial trailers.
Coach-house sites: paired, never standalone; Coach houses remain part of the plan for many premium sites, and may include a golf-cart garage.

How many sites of each kind there will be has not been finalized, and no per-type counts are published. Dimensions are planned targets, not guaranteed specifications.
