Every way to stay is being designed with intention.
The RV sites have been deliberately widened — a typical luxury pad is planned at roughly 30 by 65 feet, with bluff, rim, and water-feature sites planned wider still. Buddy sites are planned so two rigs share a double pad with their awnings facing one another. The cabins are envisioned as high-end, two-story homes with room for up to eight. And the coach houses remain private, built companions to select premium sites.
Counts and the final mix are still being worked out. We are building the kind of place we would want to arrive at.
