Coach House
The Garage Flex
A golf-cart garage plus flexible indoor space.
- 1 bath
- Golf-cart garage + flex room
A versatile coach house envisioned with a golf-cart garage and an adaptable flex room — designed for gear, hobbies, or extra living space. Coach-house concepts may include a golf-cart garage and other features that support a premium site; the designs are still being refined.
A coach house is a planned option on qualifying RV sites — not a separate rental.
